There are three ways to book: 1. By phone - telephone 01623 811694, discuss your requirements direct with the owner, get an exact price, make a provisional booking and then a booking form will be posted to you by return. When this is completed and returned with payment you will receive a confirmation by return. 2. By e mailing your requirements to the owner. A booking form will be e mailed (or posted) back along with an exact price. This form can then be printed off and returned to the owner with payment. You will receive a confirmation by return. On Line by clicking below- Check availability, price and (if you want) make a booking on line by just clicking the box below. BOOKING CONDITIONS CANCELLATION Cancellations made more than 2 months before the date of arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 20% of the total Cancellations made between 1 and 2 months before the date of arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total Cancellations made less than 1 month before the date of arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the total DAMAGE/THEFT All damage to or theft from the property, its fixtures, fitting and contents will be payable by the hirer at the full repair/replacement cost before departure. USAGE The property may only be used for the purpose of holiday accommodation by the guests named on the booking form. NUISANCE Anyone causing nuisance or disruption whilst in the property will be required to leave immediately on order of the owner, with no refunds payable. VEHICLES AND PROPERTY All vehicles, property and possessions are left at owners risk.
