star self-catering accommodation, with two
en suite bedrooms (one twin and one double),
in a tranquil and picturesque setting.
All prices for 2010 will include: free use
of the wood buring stove,a comprehensive
welcome pack with tea, coffee, milk, bread,
eggs etc,internet connection (bring your own
laptop) and late check out (upto 12.00) for
weekend bookings that end on Sundays.

Pear Tree Farm Barn - Living Areas
The lounge has really comfortable furniture (some of
which is antique), two rocking chairs and an oak dining
table and chairs.
There is a spectacular 30’ lounge/diner with vaulted
ceiling and exposed king post trusses. Exposed
stonework, a wood/solid fuel burning stove, 42" LCD T.
V., DVD and a high quality ‘B&O’ stereo & CD player with
MP3 connection.

Wall lights and feature spot lights create the mood and
there is a selection of books, magazines, CD's and games
to keep everyone happy. The barn has fully automatic
(oil fired) central heating (the cost is included in
hire charge), with constant hot water all year.
