Situated only 15 minutes leisurely walk from historic Hardwick Hall, Derbyshire, (a National Trust Property) in the conservation village of Rowthorne; Pear Tree Farm Barn offers first class, five star self-catering accommodation, with two en suite bedrooms (one twin and one double), in a tranquil and picturesque setting.

The detached barn is set to the side of Pear Tree Farm House, a grade 2 listed building. It overlooks beautiful open countryside where horses graze and there are views from the garden over Chesterfield.

Expertly converted in 2003 providing luxury self catering accommodation for a maximum of 4.
